Battambong

This was a slow morning! I went over to the Villa Lux where breakfast was served. (The same owner, but the price is three times higher) It was a very gereous breakfast starting with a fruit plate and then a rich plate of continental breakfast! I was really filled up!
After breakfast I took a walk in the city to look at old french stile houses, that were pointed out in a broschure! Here follow some of them!

I also went in to the Night Market and I was surprised of all those women and men using sewing machines with foot pedals, like we had in the 50th and 60th. Almost everything you could by here, from food to jewelleries. I walked out and came to the old rail way station. They don't offer any person transortation any more, but maybe in the future! Next to the station I run into this group of young children - wonder what will become of them when they grow up? I also passed "Friskis&Svettis" the Gym!!!
All those sewing machines with foot pedals!
The old railway station, not in use anymore as there is no personal traffic on the rail!
Lovely young kids - I hope all the best for them and the future!
The GYM !!!

In the evening I went back to the lonely tree Cafe for dinner and I met this lovely couple from Switzerland, that had come from Laos, and we were changing travel experiences over a couple of beers! Were nice talks!
Now its time for the bed and I hope that I have the overnight ticket on the bus for tomorrow night!
