Travelling to Sihanoukville

Yesterday evening, I was writing e-mails while waitng for the bus departure! I had two tickets and that indicated a change of bus. At 10pm a minibus picked me up and took me to the main bus, that was quite comnfy and we left!
After 6 hours we arrived in Phnom Penh! It was 4am and we saw people already in work while going in to PP. I found out st the next bus should leave at 7am for sihanoukville, almost 3 hour waiting. Some other europeans were waiting and there was a waiting area in the dark! At 5 pm the gas station opened and I could get a cup of coffee.

At 7am the bus was almost full and we left! I had a french lady back packer next to me! It took some time to get out of the morning traffic! Then we had two stops along the road and we arrived after about 5 hours! At the first stop there was those Monks on alms-rond ( A late one as it was 10am)

We arrived to the main bus station and we were told to go to a smaller bus as there were a cartell amongst the moto and tuktuk drivers! When we arrived I negotiated a 1 dollar rate. He took me to another hotel and I refused to pay. After a while he took me to the right one! It was owned by an elderly man from Switzerland, and was only a walk across a steet to the sea! After a shower I went down fir a banana smoothie!

Back to the Huesthouse and a walk. I hired a bicycle and drow torwards the Christian Churts to find out about the ceremonies during Xmas. It was quite hilly and far away so I didn't got ther. I returned the bad bike and decided to ask the owner if he could help me! I passed the famous roundabout that was made for me on my way out😄
